back in april & may (remember how i'm still trying to play catch-up?) i got the project bug. it always comes at the perfect time. like when you are trying to pack up your entire existence and have way too many other things on your mind. maybe that's why i always find time for a project or two... to keep me calm and help me feel like i got something accomplished. just thought i'd share.
i was in a little craft group that met a couple times a month and my friend jessamy has the cutest monster art portfolio. i decided to tweak mine a bit and make it a travel size. i found this cute pattern and it has been the perfect thing for church, doctor's offices, restaurants, the plane, or just about anywhere. as you can see... ours are well-loved.

one more church bag filler. sophie just about died when she saw these for the first time. she has names and outfits for all of them.

i found them here and just cut them out and ironed them onto some one sided interfacing.

the best part is, they stick to the fabric pews at church. woo.

and our last little project was inspired by miss abby (sophie's bff). we decided to make them best friend dolls and piper couldn't be left out either. so i made three little dolls (for some reason i never took a picture of abby's??).

pattern tweaked from here.
can you tell which one is sophie's and which one is piper's?

sophie named hers "lucy" and piper named hers "dolly krissi". possibly inspired by a certain aunt? Ü

Abby is in love with her dolly! It has been for many car rides and has a spot in Abby's bed. Thanks again!
These are just ridiculously cute. To Pinterest all of these go!
That picture Sophie colored in her little art wallet is the cutest thing I've ever seen. Little stick people. AHH! Love it!
Oh and as always, your creations are amazing too. ;)
