{she saw a dog}

we thought she was tired, so we tried the slide. but all she wanted to do was swing. i think it was just the sun in her eyes.

and then she was tired.
so i don't know if anyone else felt like this on their second baby, but i'm like this really sad bump on a log. i don't want to do anything (housework, projects, showering... ok i still do shower, sometimes). it's like i know what's coming with the baby in 2 months, and i've got it so easy right now i just want to relish in the laziness while i can. i only change 4 diapers a day vs. 15. i sleep 10 hours a night vs. 2 hour rotations. i feed my child real food vs. smelling like old milk and feeling like a cow (sorry for the visual, but it's true).
don't get me wrong. i'm so excited to have two girlies and learn how to be a mom to two, i'm ready for this next challenge in life. i just keep thinking, "my life is about to change so fast, and just like the first baby, i have no idea how much harder it's going to get." so call me crazy, but instead of being motivated to get all these things done before she comes, i'm kind of just feeling like i need this "easy" time while i can get it. am i the only one that feels like this?
update: baby is nice and healthy and right on track. and if you could see my tummy you would also think, "wow she's nice and healthy too!" i will post that pic soon.

I am loving the Grandpa pictures!! Too cute! Enjoy only one child while you can!! Things are truly about to change!!
I still can't wait believe Baby Tutt #2 is on her way. Everything will work out! I say that now, as the Mom-to-be that is major stressing about her first child and my next few weeks and how I'm going to manage to push this child out of me. I'm scared....
belly pic! belly pic! belly pic! (that's me chanting). hehe.
soph's so cute as always...it looks like she is TRULY loved!
love the pics! and no, you're not the only one to get all lazy w/ round two. Double girlie baby duty will keep you mad busy (and happy, two is way better than one!) so stay fat and happy while you can! ;)
2 is so easy. no big deal. and sophie is going to instantly love that baby and not whine or fuss at all. oh, and baby #2 automatically comes out sleeping through the night and already knows how to breastfeed. (and only needs to eat every 5 hours) and she'll be potty-trained. have i not told you all of this yet?!
you''l be fine!!
She is so cute! And I love the pink shoes :)
