i have a few choice words for you.
this is our living room floor today. see the sun shining in? we should be outside, but my body was not created to stand freezing temperatures, or live in a climate like we do.
we have resorted to taping (i knew that artists tape from college would come in handy one day) shapes to the floor, and jumping, making animal noises, and rolling dice in them. also a good activity for a two year old while mom is trying to nurse, calling out actions from the couch. wish i would've thought of this sooner. don't judge my shapes too harshly... you try making a heart out of tape.

thanks winter, for keeping our creative juices flowing, but i'd rather my brain be turned to mush while i stare at the waves roll in on the warm sandy beaches.
at least i have a little help around here! i'll take what i can get.

I'm with Melanie, you heart looks AMAZING for being made out of tape on the floor. That was a really cool idea! I don't miss having to keep the kiddos stuck inside day after day!
