i'm not off to a very good start on my blog this year am i? i feel like we've been adjusting back to normal life for far too long now. my house needed me, working out majorly needed me, my church calling(s) needed me, my warm heater away from the frigid snow needed me, and most of all my girls really needed me. i spent a lot of time on the floor just playing the past week. one of my goals for the new year is to not pass up those opportunities of just sitting and playing with them by doing other things like (shhh... blogging). and frankly, the number of pictures i took while in oregon completely overwhelms me. i WILL get there. hopefully it's not easter before i do.
there is no way i could pass up an opportunity to eat this little girly up in pictures. she is lucky number seven months today!
and everyone needs a little piper in their life.
you know i love that pointy tongue. she is starting to copy facial expressions and pulls some pretty funny ones!
she's just our happy little camper. landen laughs at me almost daily for how much i die over everything she does. i just have to pick her up constantly for kisses and smothering or i go crazy! (combine that with johnson's calming lavender baby shampoo & lotion and she's practically irresistible!)
thanks for the cute outfit nana, all bows and frills are accepted willingly at our house! another thing i can't resist... perfect baby ankles in little leggins.
(don't mind our wrinkly sheet... this was super quick before nap time)
another one of her silly moves. she will all of a sudden cock her head to the side and stare at you. funny baby.
and we can't forget big sister helper. she pretty much adores "pipey so soft." it's constant loves and head rubs from soph, band aid and all.
sophie was "toke" (cold) so she was bundled in her new fleece from bobo. you can see my professional setup. ;)
she loves helping with piper shoots. actually, she loves helping with anything she can get her hands on. baking "tookies" is her favorite.
here's to holding on to gummy smiles for one more month. happy seven months little p!

Your girls are both so darling! Piper makes me want a baby, and I really don't think I want another baby! :) And I have to say you are wise for taking the time to just soak them up and play with them because, man, it really does go by so fast.
i am all for less blogging and more family time. blogging really does take up so much time if i don't watch myself very carefully:) cute photos, i love 'em. piper is ADORABLE. her little chubby face and big eyes melt me. oh, and i'll nibble on those cute legging legs any day. he he.
