that's the name of my "at home" pictures folder in each month of pictures. you know i have a system or i would go crazy with the amount of pictures i take.
still not caught up on our staycation fun but it's time for a mid-week break. actually, it's almost friday! and we're having pizza night early this week. we'll see how mine and soph's first try at homemade dough goes! (thanks T) piper has been snoozing in the swing for a good four hours, lucky me.
do you feel lost yet? it's all a little jumbled. but i want to remember these things. time for some pictures.
we're working on a little bed make-over for our happy anniversary next month. ooo-la-la, i know. ok, why have i not gotten a feather top mattress pad until now? cheap people. like $40. definitely worth it to invest in a cushy bed, i mean how many hours do we spend there in a week? lots of other goodies, so excited.
sophie is just enjoying any bed in general these days. like jumping on it. and every day we have to do "cobers" (covers) and cover her up in the bed. what a sly fox.
(oh and i love that she is getting into the dress-up stage finally. granted, i probably won't love it when she wants to dress herself. but this morning i opened her door and she had her tutu in hand waiting to spin. cute.)
this is what happens when i leave landen and the girls alone in the bedroom with my camera. found this one on there last night. guess they were having a little F-U-N.
piper's new best friend. the other side of that little yellow bear head has a face that she talks to and smiles at all day. then she gives him a little push. they like each other.
speaking of new best friends...
yeah right. so far we haven't had any more luck, but we'll continue to work at it. a little light reading never hurts. she's going to kill me someday for that one. and she spilled something on her shirt, she isn't usually so nakie.
more proof of what happens when dad is left alone with child. running rampant in the parking lot with an unidentified object trailing behind her.
landen really is the best dad. he even lets her work on that object in the great outdoors.
no wonder we can't get her to go inside, poor little ragamuffin justs needs something grounded to hold onto.
poor soph got nailed in this post. i really do love her little free spirit.

can you tell landen is back at school and i'm at home on the couch nursing up a storm?
ps... my stroller is from babies r us found here. we used the 15% off coupon so it was pretty cheap. it's the kolcraft contours options tandem stroller. it's a little bit of a beast but what double stroller isn't? you can turn the seats either way and you can even put your baby carrier on in place of one of the seats. plus the basket is huge underneath, it has two cup holders, and the seats lay back which is a must! i give it 4 stars. that's my rating. ;)

and we have the exact same stroller. LOVE.IT.
Though it is pretty beastly.
But good choice. We love that the seats face both ways and on our walks home from church we can recline them all the way while the boys take a snooze. bliss.
ooh thanks for the info on the stroller. i have been wondering which double stroller i want to get. i like the combi double stroller because it's lightweight and not huge but i do love the huge baskets all the other strollers have. does your carseat work with it? i like how the seat turns the other way for the baby, that's nice...
oh and yes i totally just saw that designmom has a maude...i didn't know that! and what a cutie she is. i love the name so much...every maude i see is a little cutie!

Every time I see pictures of Sophie, I think she looks so much like your mom. Does anyone ever tell you that?? Your family is adorable!

What a crack up!!! Soph IS going to kill you in about 14 years or so for that nakie pic! And the LOAD.....so funny! I can just picture Landen taking the FUN picture, sneaking the camera...I love that you're on the couch nursing and posting LOTS of pictures just for me! :) Answer your phone!
