so exactly 6 short months from today (give or take) we'll be welcoming another one of these into our family...

so i thought, in honor of finding out the gender soon we'd add a little survey over on the side. you know, just pretend like it's not a huge blogging cliche, and has never been done before. i just have to mix things up people. lucky for me my father-in-law is an OB so hopefully we'll be finding out a little early what we're having when we head to arizona at the end of the month. will it be another little soph? or will we finally start introducing some trucks and wrestling into this fam? place your bet.
if that isn't exciting enough, here is a perfectly-three-month belly shot for all you west-coasters who don't have the joy of daily seeing my awkward, "is she just fat or pregnant?" growing bump. and can i just say, i was feeling a little huge until i saw this pic. thanks for focusing on the "memo" babe!

now back to my day job...

(no sophie is not my day job. she is my all day/sometimes night job. but cleaning up huge messes like that pile of dumped out goldfish...twice, seem to be my day job.)
(and yes i realize her eyes are not in focus, but one-year-olds give a manual-focus lens like .3 seconds to ever have a chance at focusing. such is life.)
(and yes. i love my life.)

(note to self: now when i tuck sophie in bed at night, after we sing, make sure she has her bop, tight tuck all around, and line up her animals on the side... she takes her thumb out of her mouth to say, "nigh nigh" in her sweetest bedtime voice ever. just wanted to remember that. i've been waiting for that one forever.)

Congratulations!! That's so exciting!! I can't wait to hear what you're having :)
cars and wrestling!
Umm...I see no bump whatsoever. So excited to hear what the prune is!
i was thinking the same thing...you definitely don't look fat or big! i can't wait to find out what you're having! it'll probably be a girl but i'm guessing boy!
i must admit that i'm hoping for a boy & can't wait for all the fun things you think of blogging about with him. i'm glad that i "blog-stalked" you through Liz. i love how you remember to capture the little daily, sometimes annoying, things about being a mother. good job and i hope you don't mind that i still some of your ideas.
i hope you have a boy! they're so much fun. and no, you're not even big yet. you look so great!
have a merry christmas!
Give that baby a pat for Grandma!
I just cleaned goldfish off my couch about 5 minutes ago. I don't know where I was while she ground them up into as small a crumbs as she could. I think if we got our girls together more often it could be disastrous, fun of course but disastrous.
