let freedom ring

so the "creative prompt" this week in my photography class was freedom. i felt like i thouroughly captured that in pictures today. i love that we got to spend this day with family down on grandpa's farm. literally.

we spent our day in the perfect weather here...

this reminds me of why i'm usually behind the camera, not in front of it. reunited and it feels so good!

this was obviously one of the highlights of the day.

so no fireworks allowed in dry nevada, but we did catch a peek of the firework show in the valley on the way back to the hotel. yes that bright glow in the sky is a firework.
