well the rain finally went away! long enough for us to make a little trip to cambridge on friday to see the harvard campus. it was super historic and cool... as expected! {above- i love these big wrought iron gates surrounding the cemetaries around the city... they are everywhere!}
i LOVED the brick dorms everywhere. they are called "halls" and were so quaint!
sophie loved having free reign to wander the campus!
just a look at the surrounding streets. i loved this skinny church building.
it was also weird to me how the "city" had obviously been built up around the campus. here is the lovely "T" station right smack in the middle of harvard square.
we somehow got stopped at the ice cream shop and never quite made it to the water or the business school. gotta save something for later right!?now come visit us so we can show you some of this boston love!

haha now i get the title of your post! it looks so pretty there. we'd love to come visit you especially while we're back east anyways but it's not going to happen this time. dang it. if you're feeling like traveling to nyc when we're there we'd love to meet up with you!!
OK, makes me want to come check out all the cool architecture! You should frame a couple of those pictures.
