i dusted off the camera today (literally...) and it felt so good to get in on some action around the house. even if it seems like nothing now, i know i'll want to remember these moments one day, when little ones are no longer at home.
so i've committed myself to taking at least one picture a day for the next week. because why not start on a wednesday?
i've also committed to try and include myself in some of these pictures. i think i might like to know i was part of it all someday. or at least let my kids know that i was around.
there you have it. a challenge. i don't challenge myself enough.
ahhh! me! did i scare you all!?

i taught a class at a stake church women's conference last weekend with my friend tamsen, about etsy and photography. in the description they said "both own their own successful enterprises." i laughed out loud. welcome to the enterprise! (and yes... that is ribbon stacked to the heavens. yikes.)
after gymnastics this morning (BIG success... both girls were in love) we had a little fashion show with some friends.

her favorite color this week is green. can you tell from the glasses and necklace? she refuses to eat from or drink out of any cup or plate that isn't green.

ben really did try to get in on the dress-up action but the girl's wouldn't allow it. so we played peek-a-boo in the blinds. he was pretty happy about that.

and my favorite lucky shot of the day. love those baby blues. might have to blow this one up.

reminder to self... get out the 50mm more often.

Your enterprise is much tidier than mine:)(and much more productive:)

and piper, eat my heart out. please bless one of my boys get to marry her.
ooh I love that picture too! Very cute. I also love the fabric on Sophie's wall! How did you do that? On canvas frames? And you look so beautiful in the pictures you are in! Especially on the bean bag. Did Landen take them? Or are you using a remote or just a timer? Ok, sorry this comment is more like "You need to do more posts explaining the different ways you are awesome" haha!
