piper came home from church today extra happy. so i decided to have a little fun.
she wanted to show us her pretty dress. she's starting to hold on to everything these days, like her blanket when she wakes up from a nap (don't worry, we've already invested in a "bop" for her).
look at these cheeks. i just want to kiss them. ok i usually am kissing them all day long.
thanks to piper, i officially want to have more babies some day. before her, i was still trying to convince myself of this (i loved squishy baby soph, she just had really bad colic, and i didn't get to fully enjoy the first 3 months). i am definitely a newborn person now. she is irresistible.

she found her tongue a couple weeks ago and is way into clicking and blowing bubbles. still cute before the drool right?

all of her laughing pictures turned out blurry because i'd have to hurry and snap before they went away! still love that smile!

oh we love this 12 pound girl. oh yeah, did i mention she was off the charts at her 2 month appointment for height and 92% for weight? even bigger than soph at 2 months. where are these big girls coming from? more to love right!? we'll take it.
i think landen's hoping for some basketball stars. i'm just happy once they can walk and i don't have to haul around the 30 pounders anymore!
she's such a chill, easy going baby. we are just loving it all right now at 2.5 months, even those 11 hour nights. love you little p!
nicknames at the moment: pipey (from soph), pipe, pipe-squeak, half pipe, piper dill or dilly or dilleo, pipity piper the pipesqueak chicken (name that song)

One week. This post makes me feel bad about what I do after church. I'm not nearly that content, photogenic, or ambitious to start whipping out the camera in the afternoon sun. Thank heaven you were though, SO many cute shots. Put me down for a tiny newborn photoshoot come November. We know they don't stay little for long and this time I'm gonna have pictures to prove it!

Maddie was looking through the pictures of Piper and kept saying oh she is sooo cute, mom we should fly on a plane and go see her.
