double digits

as i'm writing this i'm trying to see through the huge dirty handprint smudge on my screen from my ten month old. and i'm finally realizing how much our lives are changing! we are almost to that "toddler" stage and sophie is already keeping us on our toes. i'm having to write in her "sophie's steps" journal daily with all the new things she is doing. and with all the fun of having a girl also comes the drama. like "dirty looks." why are we girls so good at that!?

and yes i think flowers are {and always will be} the theme for sophie's life. just look how happy they make her!

and these are just a few of the randomings {kind of like random + happenings} that went down in our house this week. kind of a quick little project week for us all. i was busy on the sewing machine most days {not to worry} and soph was busy being soph.

the new fav of the week... anything sgetti. i think this picture needs a title like "love me some sghetti" or "caught red handed..."

yeah sophie was an extra in "newsies." did you miss her?

we actually have a video of this i need to post. for some reason whenever she goes on the tile now she has to army walk across it instead of crawl. do you think the floor is cold on her legs?
