easter weekend

we had a nice relaxing easter weekend. friday landen's dad and sister came up to provo to buy his sister a new harp. so we got to go to brick oven for a yummy dinner. and yes we pigged out on salad bar, rootbeer and pizza... yum! saturday was absolutely beautiful outside! sunshine and 77 degrees... it was heaven. so of course we celebrated by doing laundry, giving landen a hair cut, grocery shopping and finally a jamba juice! it was a total jamba day because the line was out the door! later that night we had our own little bbq. we grilled hot dogs and had potato salad- it was fun!
saturday night was a different story. we could call it... pregnancy has finally hit the tutt home! i woke up at 2:30 am for no reason and of course immediately had to go to the bathroom. once i got back in bed the hunger pains hit... i mean come on! eating at 3 am? who does that? so i had to get up to make myself some toast. once i got back in bed the second time, there was a skunk outside our window, and of course the window was open. poor landen was up with me the whole time and got up to close the window. the rain started two minutes later along with the train horn and the baby was practicing for her triathalon coming up... aka: the kicking in the ribs wouldn't stop. so, as a result we were a little late to 8 am church. need i say more?

sunday was fun though! after a really good easter testimony meeting we dyed some easter eggs with my *glitter* egg dying kit. oh yes- we have some glamorous eggs in our fridge right now. then we had landen's fam over for dinner. yummy ham, potato casserole, fruit salad, rolls, and carrots from the tutt garden. followed by some farkle, strawberry shortcake and of course ruthie entertainment. it was a fun weekend with the fam!
