birthday wrap up

as i sit here at the end of my birthday, i can't help but think of all the people i'm thankful for in my life. i have so many friends who go out of there way to make me feel special! even on an ordinary thursday... it turned out to be a pretty good one! i got tons of phone calls/messages/e-cards... love that one! so now that i feel 22 years old - and oh that sounds old - i feel loved yet another year! thanks everyone for making my birthday great! i also forgot to post landen's birthday picture from his little party we had back at the beginning of february. all the mesa gang came- we are really going to miss them when we leave!
landen and i started our "prenatal" baby class tonight. it's just a two part thing but the classes are 2 1/2 hours! so i realize the sacrifice this is in his busy schedule... i'm so glad he could come with me and practice pelvic exercises...haha. we'll have to take a picture of that one for sure! i do feel much more informed now - i might just survive the labor experience. less than 10 weeks away! and i finally took a 6 month picture, even though it's almost 7, i'm feeling super huge!
i can't wait for tomorrow night! we are going to dinner with my best friend ashley and her husband bryan. tucanos is the place and sooo good. they carve meat and grilled pineapple off the skewers onto your plate and the salad bar is amazing. now if only i could fit more than two bites of food in my stomach. i told ashley i will have to take it slow, not get too excited, and take frequent breaks so i will be able to make it. we might just be there for 2 hours! so worth it! i love birthdays!
oh and i got our girlie's blessing dress yesterday! i was super excited. it's just a simple little dress from gap, but there is something about the sweet simplicity that i just loved. i can't wait to see her in this... she will be super adorable all in white!
